MISSON STATEMENT:

ISFC provides a year-round soccer program that will develop players to their very best  potential, by focusing on the best quality instruction and exposure to the highest levels of player development. ISFC will create a positive, safe and fun environment for character development on and off the field by seeking to achieve a total teaching, coaching and educational experience. Our goal is to be the best soccer program, not only in Indiana, but also in the Region and beyond.

ISFC HEAD COACH:

Coach Carlos Florido

Coach Carlos Florido is the Head Coach of Indy Strikers FC. Mr. Florido was born and raised in Brazil former futsal and outdoor player from Santos, Brazil for 12 years. Mr. Florido started playing Futsal soccer at age 6 for a local youth league in his home town Santos, Brazil,  played for Santos FC premier U12 through U17 and pursued soccer through College. 

Coach Carlos Florido has been involved in coaching youth soccer since the early 1990’s. Since that time, Mr. Florido has succeeded in developing his international coaching career in youth soccer education over 29 years, helping with the development of several players who through youth soccer went on to play college soccer to accomplish their college degrees and continue to assist thousands of young players in realizing their full potential.

In addition to directly participating in youth coaching, Coach Carlos Florido also has been helping and instructing coaches in Brazil and in the U.S. Coach Florido has traveled to different countries to compete and trade educational soccer methodology. Some of the countries include England, Germany, Spain and Italy. Coach Florido serves Indiana Soccer as a State Coaching Education Staff - U.S Soccer National Coaching Schools.
